After weighing the present and possible future circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Caduceus Retreat, scheduled for June 12-14 at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, in Franklin, TN. We will miss our annual time of personal connection with all of our PHP participants and alumni.
Retreat Registration Refund
If you have already paid for your Caduceus Retreat registration online or through the mail, we will be happy to arrange a refund or post it under your name as a donation and send you a tax receipt for 2020. Please contact TMF Executive Director Jennifer Rainwater at 615-467-6411 or email jenniferr@e-tmf.org.
Hotel Reservations
If you have made hotel reservations, the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs will be canceling those on your behalf. If you have not received a cancellation email by May 20, please contact the hotel directly at 615-261-6100 and mention you are with the TMF Caduceus Retreat, which has been canceled.
2021 Retreat
We will share details about next year’s retreat as soon as they are finalized.
