2026 Caduceus Retreat: Connection, Growth, and Renewal

The Caduceus Retreat is the premier annual gathering for TMF Professionals Health Program (PHP) participants and graduates. It is a unique opportunity for attendees to step away from the clinical environment and reconnect with what matters most: their health, their family, and their peers. The 39th Caduceus Retreat is scheduled for June 12-14 at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, TN; registration and details are housed at the end of this article and on the Caduceus Retreat Web Page

Expert speakers this year include Dr. Emily Brunner, medical director of Eosis Recovery and a physician and consultant at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation; Dr. Jessi Gold, an author, professor of psychiatry, and chief wellness officer for the University of Tennessee System; Dr. Smita Prasad, assistant professor of addiction medicine at Tulane University and president of the Louisiana Society of Addiction Medicine; and Dr. Jonathan Ripp, senior associate dean and chief wellness officer with the Icahn School of Medicine-Mount Sinai, NY. Attendees will be able to earn up to 6.0 continuing medical education hours of AMA PRA  Category 1 CreditTM during the retreat.

The weekend is designed to be both restorative and educational. Whether it’s someone navigating their first year of recovery or a veteran of the program for decades, the retreat offers a safe, confidential space to learn, share experiences, and build lasting support networks.
