This year’s speaker is former sports reporter Brandon Saho, who created The Mental Game podcast after battling depression and suicidal thoughts for years. In 2022, Brandon checked himself into a mental health hospital, began treatment, and found a new purpose to help others. His mission is to break the stigma and save lives with impactful conversations around mental health.
During this one-hour lunchtime session, Brandon will provide evidence-based information on the impact of personal mental health on job performance, safety, and quality care; emphasize the need and reasons for normalizing mental health conversations; and share targeted, evidence-based strategies for addressing mental health distress in yourself and others, as well as for creating a supportive workplace culture that emphasized personal wellbeing.
Together, we can strengthen and prioritize the mental health of those on the front lines. Sign up here.
