The TMF is extremely proud to present its 2023 Annual Report: Restoring Providers. Protecting Patients.
Our messages from TMF leaders focus on the two-fold mission — supporting, advocating for, and restoring health providers to health and wellbeing; and protecting patients by helping to make sure their providers are at their best when delivering care.
TMF Board President Dr. Clay Runnels wrote that post-pandemic, the pressure has continued to mount in the healthcare workplace, and he has seen first-hand the stressors contributing to anxiety, depression, burnout, and substance use. “This is why I am so honored to support the Tennessee Medical Foundation in addressing these critical issues,” he said.
